The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has been strike with a federal civil legal rights criticism about a race-special residency software for film pupils.
On Monday, the Equivalent Protection Challenge (EPP) of the Lawful Insurrection Basis submitted a criticism with the U.S. Section of Training over the College of Nebraska’s Black General public Media residency method.

The EPP alleged that the college violates the Equivalent Defense Clause of the 14th Amendment as properly as the Civil Legal rights Act wit their annual software.
The civil legal rights criticism argues that considering the fact that the College of Nebraska-Lincoln gets federal funding it is demanded to stick to Title VI of the Civil Legal rights Act of 1964, which bans discrimination on the foundation of race.
